Mindful Food Movement is a company registered in Ireland under registration number . Our registered company address is Abbey House, Ennis, Co. Clare, Ireland.
Delivery
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and MFM will not grant any compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed when you select the delivery method at the checkout. You can still choose to cancel the order at this stage. Parcels with a total weight of up to 20Kg will be delivered. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given MFM permission to do so. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. We reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. We have the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case. All products on the website are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product for sale online has become out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you directly via Email or phone to offer you a replacement or full refund of the price of the item.
Order & Returns Policy
Orders returned by the courier as not picked up will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then have to re-order the goods if they are still required. If an order is not received, you must contact us within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time. MFM cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, or any damage caused to your purchase once the package has been dispatched to the courier and a dispatch acknowledgement has been emailed to your specified email address. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order, MFM will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, MFM will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchases and that the goods meet your requirements. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return the goods to us in accordance with our return policy.
If after receiving the goods you decide you do not want them, you have 14 days from delivery date to return them to us for a refund. All goods returned must be unused and repacked in the original packaging and undamaged. Clear tape must be used, as goods must be in a resaleable condition. A copy of the receipt of purchase must also be included for a refund to be processed.
Prior to sending the goods, it is important to contact us via our website or phone. We will provide you with a returns reference number so that we can process your return and refund as quickly as possible. We will also supply address labels for your return.
The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded by the company unless the item is faulty. It is advisable that you insure the return parcel so it will be traceable as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.
If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note: clear tape and original packaging must be used so that all goods are in a resaleable conditon. If you choose to use a courier that is not arranged by us you assume responsibility for the safety of the goods getting back to us. We cannot refund you until we receive the goods back. Please contact us before you arrange any return.
