“Superfoods” offer some very important nutrients research has shown that healthy dietary patterns can reduce risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Superfoods include seaweed, berries, fish, leafy greens, nuts, yogurt, to name a few. This cookery webinar takes you through an introduction to the different kinds of seaweeds that are available for harvesting (depending where you live) or for purchase in the store. You are introduced to many tasty recipes from breakfast to dinner that incorporate superfoods. You are presented with a live cookery demo in which you can cook alongside the chef, podcasts, recipes, help line for future Q&A. The Chef Raychel also takes you through her own food products called Seagreen Cuisine that incorporate seaweeds and can be used in many creations of Fish, shellfish, Meats, Cheeses and vegetables. These products are available for purchase and are vegan friendly made from sustainable plant based ingredients.
