In some cases it in a very severe condition and in extreme cases can even lead to death.

It is encouraging to see menus cater for gluten free options, but sometimes people don’t know how to begin cooking for themselves at home. This will get you started and provide you with alternatives to substitute foods such as breads, pasta, and other grains that are in so many foods. Life doesn’t have to change radically, you can still enjoy so many foods.
