The Superfood dry batter mix has 4 varieties of Atlantic Seaweeds, Cassava & Tapioca flourswith asubtle hot & smokey taste that gives it unique flavour.
How to use:
Simply mix with water or sprinkle on top of your meat, veg or fish. This dry mix contains no dairy but ingredients can be dipped in egg or chicken/turkey drumsticks can be marinated in buttermilk for crispy texture. This flavour mix is great on poultry, smokedfish, pork, mozzarella, halloumi cheese, potatoes for patatas bravasor any favourite veg you like.
This product can be cooked using hot oil pan, or Air fryer or baked in the oven with light coating.
Serves: 6-8 people. Comes in zip lock bag that can be sealed for multiple single servings.
